About

I’m Morgane, the founder of Racines.

Born and raised in southwest France, I spent several years living in Paris, Marseille, São Paulo and Barcelona before returning to the Dordogne Valley, a region I’m proud to call home today.

These experiences shaped a naturally adaptable and international mindset, teaching me how to navigate different cultures, working styles and expectations while remaining grounded in the realities of local execution

A background in production

My career has always revolved around bringing people, places and projects together.

Over the past decade, I have worked behind the scenes across destination weddings, luxury interiors and bespoke manufacturing.

My journey began with planning and coordinating destination weddings for international couples across France, particularly in Bordeaux, Dordogne and Provence.

I later spent several years in the high-end interiors industry, developing bespoke finishes and coordinating craftsmen and suppliers for luxury retail, residential and yachting projects. I also collaborated with designers on the creation and production of exhibition spaces and installations for international design fairs.

Along the way, I have also worked alongside international wedding planners on celebrations at iconic venues, including La Bastide de Gordes in Provence, Château de Villette near Paris and Villa Pizzo on Lake Como.

Different worlds, but the same fundamentals: understanding a vision, finding the right people to deliver it, anticipating challenges and making sure every detail comes together.

Working nationwide

Based in the Dordogne Valley, I work throughout France and wherever a project takes me, from Paris and the Loire Valley to Provence, the French Riviera and beyond.

Quietly behind the scenes

Having worked on confidential projects and for private clients, I am accustomed to operating in environments where discretion, trust and professionalism are essential.

The most memorable events are often defined by what guests never see: the preparation, the anticipation and the countless details quietly working together behind the scenes.

My role is to be a steady presence on the ground, discreet when needed, proactive at all times, and fully committed to protecting your vision, your client relationships and your reputation.
